Stinger

According to McAfee- the makers of stinger said:

Stinger is a standalone utility created by McAfee Labs used to detect and remove specific viruses. It is not a substitute for full anti-virus protection, but rather a tool to assist you in dealing with an infected computer.

Stinger utilizes next generation scan engine technology, including process scanning, digitally signed DAT files, and scan performance optimizations to address specific known threats.

Solution
Running Stinger
  1. In a web browser, go to the McAfee Labs Tools page:
    http://www.mcafee.com/us/downloads/free-tools/index.aspx

  2. Open the Stinger drawer.
  3. Download and save the Stinger you want to your desktop.
IMPORTANT: McAfee Labs recommends you disable system restore before running Stinger, because many threats will save copies of themselves to your restore points. Disabling system restore will delete your existing restore points, so you will be unable to use Windows System Restore until you re-enable them, and new restore points are created. For instructions on disabling system restore, click the following link:
    http://download.nai.com/products/mcafee-avert/SystemHelpDocs/DisableSysRestore.htm

  4. After disabling system restore, double-click the Stinger application you saved to your desktop.
NOTE: If you are a Windows 7 or Windows Vista user, right-click and select Run As Administrator.

  5. If a security warning is displayed, click Yes or Run.
  6. Click Add or Browse to add additional drives/directories. (By default the C: drive is scanned.)
  7. Click Scan Now. Stinger repairs all infected files found.

To enable Artemis Technology in Stinger, click Preferences and then select the required sensitivity level. If you selectHigh or Very High, McAfee Labs recommends that you set the On virus detection action to Report only for the first scan to make sure valid files aren't accidentally removed.

i personally have used Stinger so some time and it has really helped me and i most say its a must have because you will not have install it in order to use it, so for those stuborn virus, this is the answer.

Hope these helps.
