Sometimes the network might bee too busy to display your data balance for you when you are using the Glo 3G modem, so an option is to use the internet.
As you are online all you have to do is just to log on to : www.hsi.glo.com
when you do so, the web page displays the mobile of the SIM you are using in the modem and also the data plan and its balance and how many days is remaining before it expires.
